Jemisin is a Brooklyn author whose debut novel, The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms, won the Locus award and was nominated for the Hugo, Nebula, and World Fantasy Awards. Engines of Desire: Tales of Love & Other Horrors by Livia Llewellyn Livia Llewellyn is the author of the short story collection Engines of Desire: Tales of Love & Other Horrors, published by Lethe Press. Her fiction has appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies, including Subterranean, ChiZine, and Postscripts and will be in The Best Horror of the Year Volume Four. She’s currently working on her first novel.
