Several people have informed me that they were having trouble logging into the KGB store.  After looking into the issue, I believe it was a problem with the version of shopping cart software we were using.  I’ve updated that version, and all seems to be peachy now.  If you were having any trouble at all logging into the site recently, you might try it again.  Chances are your problem has gone away.  (We sincerely hope!)

However, if you’re still having issues, please contact me at info AT kgb fantastic fiction DOT org and I’ll do my best to address it.

THIS ITEM IS U.S. ONLY PLEASE

Paul Riddell is donating a terrarium with live carnivorous plants. This terrarium contains examples of the Australian lance-leafed sundew (Drosera adelae) and the delicate triggerplant (Stylidium debile), both of which are carnivorous. This terrarium also includes a resin figure, potting mix, and complete instructions for the care of the plants. Do not store near small pets.

Paul adds: “Anyone with further questions about care or shipping is welcome to forward questions to http://txtriffidranch.livejournal.com for details. I realize that this is a bit odd, but look at it as an early Darwin Day present.”

Thank you, thank you to everyone who has purchased raffle tickets so far, and an extra-special thank you to all the donors! Prizes keep coming in by the hour. We’ve added a few new items yesterday, and we have a terrarium (with live species) coming later tonight. If you have any questions, or if you’d like to donate something, please contact us and we’d be glad to help.

And don’t forget, if you are in the NY area tomorrow, about our John Kessel & JoSelle Vanderhooft reading. The raffle is, after all, for the reading series.

We had a little website hiccup this afternoon at around 3:30PM ET where the website went down. The site was back up less than one hour later. Not sure if this is due to the high load today. We were Boing Boinged after all. Our hosting provider is looking into the issue.

Anyway, if you had some trouble logging into the store, as one person has reported, please email info AT kgb fantastic fiction dot org and I’ll be glad to help. -Matt
